Le M HKA et e-flux Architecture ont conjointement commandé une série de textes pour leur publication New Silk Roads qui accompagne l’exposition La géopolitique des infrastructures — Perspectives contemporaines. New Silk Roads examine les ramifications sociales, écologiques et géopolitiques de grands projets d’infrastructure nationaux et transnationaux. Le M HKA et e-flux Architecture ont invité huit artistes, chercheur·euses et philosophes avec lesquel·les ils se sont entretenus. Les textes et interviews qui en ont résulté seront publiés sur e-flux Architecture au cours de l’été 2025.
New Silk Roads est un projet d’e-flux Architecture en partenariat avec le M HKA (2025), le Critical Media Lab de la Basel Academy of Art and Design FHNW, la revue Noema Magazine (2024), la revue Aformal Academy, et avec le soutien de Design Trust et Digital Earth (2020).

Published twice a year, each issue of Afterall Journal offers in-depth analysis of the work of contemporary artists, along with essays that broaden the context in which to understand it. The Journal is available in the museum shop of M HKA.
It is published by Central Saint Martins in partnership with M HKA, Antwerp; the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design, University of Toronto and in association with The University of Chicago Press.
